    When will I get my tea?

    Tea is shipped so as to arrive on the first week of each months. Given that it takes 2 to 3 weeks for the tea to arrive, to start getting tea in February (for instance) you should subscribe during the first two weeks of January.

    Can I track my shipment?

    We send the tea using regular mail, so there is no tracking. Contact us if you want us to send your tea using EMS: it will however cost $15 per shipment.

    I paid but I'm still waiting for my tea?

    The most common cause for delivery issues is that we got your address wrong. Drop us an email to check it!

    Another possibility is that your package is being held at the customs, though it is very unlikely.

    Tomotcha is as reliable as regular mail is in your part of the world: if your tea is not reaching you, cancel your subscription.

    Is your tea organic?

    We send all kind of tea produced in Japan, sometimes organic, sometimes not.

    We do not offer an organic-only subscription at this point in time, but let us know: if enough people ask we will launch an organic only subscription in the future.
