We ship worldwide

We thrive to ship worldwide. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the list of country we can ship to is constantly changing. Contact us to know if we can ship to your country.

Domestic Shipping (within Japan)

We do not currently ship domestically.

International Shipping

We ship from Japan using JP Post. Shipping rates are displayed during checkout.

Insurance & Tracking

Shipments are not insured or trackable. By signing up you agree to keep us updated of your current mailing address. If packages bounce back to us due to delivery address being outdated, we may re-send them at our discretion, but make no such guarantees.

Only a single shipping attempt is included in the price of product where included shipping is indicated.

Customs & Custom Duties

When items cross borders, while rare they may be subject to customs at sampling intervals determined by customs officials. Handling such customs is the customer's responsibility, the customer is the importer of such items.

No custom duties or customs handling services of any kind are included in the price of product.

Sales Tax

All prices displayed on include sales tax. Please contact us if you are charged any sales tax so that we can refund them.

Tea Shipments & Payments

We ship each tea between the 20th and the 25th of the previous month. So for instance the April tea is shipped between March 20th and 25th. Deliveries usually take one to two weeks, although it can take up to two months.

Subscribers are charged either on the day of shipping, or on the following day. Prepaid subscriptions (or Gifts) are charged immediately at checkout.

The exact starting month of a subscribtion (whether prepaid or not) is subject to tea availability, and is communicated by email upon subscribing.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy

In the event of loss or damage, please contact us with details. In the event of suspected loss, we ask for your patience on shipment time (allowing for a maximum of 2 months from shipment to delivery).

We will examine your request and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the loss or damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Simply contact us to request the termination of your subscription. After cancellation you will still be sent any remaining products entitled to you by the subscription payments already made.
