Temporary suspension of shipments towards the European Union

Heavy restrictions on international travel recently put in place in the European Union have caused a drop in the number of international flights to/from the E.U. As a result, delays in deliveries of international mail coming from Japan are now above one month. So we have decided to temporarily suspend shipments towards the E.U.

Subscriptions will obviously not be charged, and Gifts (prepaid) will be extended accordingly, and will resume as soon as possible. We hope the suspension will be short. Shipments towards countries outside of the E.U. are continuing as usual.

If you have any question do not hesitate to contact us. If you wish us to send you the teas despite the very long delays, we can of course also do that.
